Access denied. Key has been canceledIndicates that the key you are using has been canceled. Please contact whoever issued your key to resolve this issue.
Access denied. Door has privacy enabledIndicates that the door you are trying to access has privacy mode enabled. When a door is in Privacy, it means it is closed and the latch is locked, ensuring the door remains secured and that no one can enter even with a valid key. Door privacy should not be confused with unit privacy. Please contact your key issuer if you need further assistance.
Access denied. Door has low batteryIndicates that the door you are trying to access has a low battery. You should either change the lock's battery or contact whoever maintains your locks.
Access granted and office mode enabledIndicates that the door you are trying to access has been unlocked and office mode is enabled. Refer to the user guide for more information on office mode.
Unlock process failedIndicates that the unlock process has failed. This can happen for various reasons, such as a temporary communication issue between your phone and the lock. Or, for example, the lock device may be not initialized. Please try again, and if the problem persists, contact whoever issued your key for further assistance.
