App guide for the Danabridge V3
Before adding your Danabridge to your account in the Danalock app, make sure your Danalock V3 is already added to your account. You can find a step-by-step guide for adding the Danalock V3 on the apps page under the Danalock V3 section.
How to add the Danabridge in the Danalock app
- You can add your Danabridge in the Danalock app by going to Menu > Add new device.
- The app will scan for available devices and display them by serial number.
- You can find a guide on how to locate the serial number on the General information page.
- Press on the serial number of the Danabridge
- During the adding process, the firmware on the Danabridge will be updated and you will be able to name the Danabridge.
Connect the Danabridge to Wi-Fi
After updating the firmware and naming the Danabridge, you can connect it to a Wi-Fi network.
- Press Setup Wi-Fi and select your network from the list of available Wi-Fi networks.

If you press Skip, you can add the Danabridge to a Wi-Fi network later by going to Danabridge settings.
How to pair the Danabridge with the lock
- In the last step of the adding process, you will be able to pair the Danabridge with the lock connected to your account.

- When you press Confirm, you can choose which lock you want to pair with the Danabridge.
When adding the Danabridge to your account, you can start by pairing it with one lock. If you'd like, you can add a second lock later by going to Danabridge settings. The Danabridge can be paired with two locks at the same time.
Danabridge settings in the Danalock app
- After adding the Danabridge to your Danalock account, you can access its settings by going to Devices and selecting the Danabridge.

In Settings you will be able to see the details of the Danabridge, which firmware version is currently installed and update the firmware. You can find more information about firmware and how to update on the General information page.

If you didn't connect the Danabridge to a Wi-Fi network during the enrollment process, you can connect the Danabridge to one in Settings. You can also switch it to a new Wi-Fi network if needed.
- Press Setup Wi-Fi to see the list of available networks.

If the Danabridge is connected to a Wi-Fi network, you can check the connection status:
If the status shows Connected, everything is working correctly.
If the status shows Unconnected, please make sure your Wi-Fi router is powered and has an active connection.
In Settings you can also see which lock the Danabridge is paired with and pair it with a second lock.
- To pair the bridge with a second lock, press Pair a Danalock and choose the lock on the list of available locks.

If you want to remove the Danabridge from your account, you can press Delete device.
How to control your lock remotely through the Danabridge
When the Danabridge is connected to Wi-Fi and paired with your Danalock, you can lock and unlock the lock remotely through the Danabridge.
By default, only the lock owner can use the Danabridge. To let other lock users access it as well, you'll need to grant them remote access. You can find a guide on how to grant users remote access in the Web app guide.
If the lock is bridged, you will see a small blue icon on the padlock in the keychain.

If you are outside Bluetooth range of the lock, the padlock will appear grey and the lock will report Unknown status.
To check the current lock status:
- Press the padlock.
The app will then try to retrieve the status from the lock through the Danabridge, which may take some seconds.

Once the app has retrieved the lock state, you can press the Unlock or Lock button to change the lock state.
