BlueConn administrators
Overview
The Agent administrators page provides the functionality to create extra logins for other administrators of the BlueConn connector.

Managing administrators
A logged in administrator can create new agent administrators or delete existing ones.
Create new agent administrator
The Create new agent administrator section allows you to provide the credentials of the new agent administrator. After the credentials are confirmed, you can click on Create and the user will be stored. These credentials can then be used by another user to log into BlueConn.
There are no roles in the BlueConn configurator. This means that all agent administrators have full access to the features of the configurator and the SyncAgent.
The credentials are a combination of username and password.
The username is alphanumeric and can't contain spaces (for example, johndoe or johndoe@company.com are valid).
The password must be at least 5 digits long.
The session of an agent administrator expires after 10 minutes of inactivity. After that, the administrator had to log in again.
Delete existing agent administrator
To delete an existing agent administrator click on the Delete button beside the username.
There must always be at least one agent administrator. If there is only one, the Delete button is disabled.
Administrators cannot change their own passwords.
