Mobile devices supported in Homelok
Supported operating systems
The Salto Homelok app is available on both iOS and Android devices and requires the following mobile operating systems to be installed:
Android
- Android 7 (Nougat) or later version
iOS
- iOS 15 or later version
To use the Apple Wallet key feature you need at least iOS 15.2 installed and 16.2 for the sharing feature.
Additional information
The Salto Homelok app is rigorously tested on a regular basis to ensure that it offers a secure and reliable experience on a wide diversity of devices. If you're unable to find the app in Google Play, or you encounter performance issues, then your specific device may not have been approved to work with Salto Homelok.
For security reasons, the app does not work on jailbroken or rooted devices.
