JustIN Mobile supported devices

Supported operating systems

The JustIN Mobile app is available on both iOS and Android devices and requires the following mobile operating systems to be installed:

Android

Android 7 (Nougat) or later version

iOS

iOS 13 or later version
(NFC unlocking available on iPhone XS or later with iOS 17.4+ in the European Economic Area (EEA))

The JustIN Mobile iOS app is only available for iPhone. You can't use it with Apple Watch.

Unlocking methods

JustIN Mobile supports two unlocking methods depending on your device:

Bluetooth unlocking (all devices)

Works on all supported Android and iOS devices
Requires opening the JustIN Mobile app first

NFC unlocking (faster method)

Android: Available on all NFC-enabled devices
iOS: iPhone XS+ with iOS 17.4+ in the EEA only
No need to open the app (Android) or fastest unlock via widget (iOS)

Additional information

The JustIN Mobile app is rigorously tested on a regular basis to ensure that it offers a secure and reliable experience on a wide diversity of devices. If you're unable to find the app in Google Play, or you encounter performance issues, then your specific device may not have been approved to work with JustIN Mobile.
