New unit manager role

We've introduced a new unit manager role to give property managers greater granular control over permissions within a unit. Now, when you create a unit user, you have the possibility of creating a unit manager who cannot create other unit managers. That's to say, they can only create keyholders in a unit.

This means that there are now two levels of unit managers:

• Those who can create other unit managers.
• Those who cannot create other unit managers.
