Welcome to the resident page for XS4 Com. This section assumes you're a resident who uses XS4 Com in your property to enable visitor access.

As soon as a site owner or site admin invites you to a site, you will receive an email with a link to download the XS4 Com mobile app (iOS & Android). If you already have a Salto KS account, you will be able to use the same credentials when logging in to your XS4 Com account.

You will also be able to seamlessly log in via social login, by using your credentials from one of the following social providers: Apple, Google or Microsoft Office 365.

You use the XS4 Com app to enable visitor access

After logging in, follow the on-screen instructions to set up your profile. You will then be able to view your profile, edit the screen display preferences (light/dark mode), see your notifications, and, most importantly, receive calls from visitors. Whenever a visitor calls, you will see an incoming call screen on your phone, similar to a regular phone call. You will have the option to view a live video feed of the visitor's phone camera or directly accept/decline the call.

Once you click on View Video Feed, you will have the option to remotely open the door without answering the call by clicking on Open Door. You can do so from anywhere, even if you're not physically in the building.

Lastly, if you click on Accept to accept the call, you can also choose between enabling your video to be on or off during the call.
