Firmware

On this page, you can download the latest firmware files for Danalock devices.

We recommend using either the Danalock app or the Danalock Toolbox to update your devices, as these tools ensure that the correct firmware version is installed.

You can find additional information and guides for the Danalock apps on the Mobile apps page.

We recommend reviewing all your settings and PIN codes after the firmware update. A firmware update can reset the lock, including its calibration.

Danalock V3 Firmware

Please note that there are two similar firmware files for the Danalock V3 main firmware. The Salto reference number printed on the original product box will end with the letter M if the lock was produced after January 2024. This indicates that it is the newer version. If the reference number does not end with M, the lock is the pre-2024 version. If you no longer have the box, you can scan the QR code inside the lock to view the product details. Look for the Date field to determine which version you have.
