Mounting the Danapad V3
Below you will find a step-by-step guide on how to mount the Danapad V3.
Mounting tools
Before you start the mounting process, we advise you to make sure to have the tools ready. To be able to mount the Danapad V3, you need to use the following tools:
- A standard cross-shaped screwdriver (PH type) used for most screws.
- A drill.
The mounting kit
In the box with the Danapad, you will find a mounting kit.
The kit contains:
- A black mounting plate.
- Two mounting screws.
- Two rawlplugs.

Attach the mounting plate
The following steps will show you have to install the mounting plate on the wall.
- Hold the mounting plate in place and mark the two hole positions with a pencil.

- Remove the mounting plate and use a drill to make the two holes.

- Once the holes have been made, insert the two rawlplugs.

- Attach the mounting plate to the wall using the two screws and a screwdriver.

Before attaching the Danapad to the mounting plate, you need to remove the small plastic strip in the battery compartment to activate the batteries. You can find a guide on how to open the battery compartment on the General information page.
- Attach the Danapad to the mounting plate by aligning the small hole in the black ring with the metal spring on the mounting plate.

- To make sure the Danapad is attached, twist the Danapad onto the mounting plate.

- The Danapad is attached to the mounting plate once the metal spring makes a clicking sound.
As soon as the metal spring clicks, the Danapad is in place on the mounting plate
Dismount Danapad
If you later want to remove the Danapad, follow these steps:
- Insert a screwdriver into the small hole in the Danapad's black ring.

- Once the screwdriver is inserted, twist the Danapad to detach it from the mounting plate.
