I'm a site owner or admin
Welcome to the site owner and site admin page for XS4 Com.
This guide is for site owners and admins, although be aware that some actions can only be carried out by owners. These are marked in the guide.
When the installer has completed the commissioning process of creating an XS4 Com site, they invite a site owner to join the site. An email is then sent to the site owner containing an invitation link for them to complete their profile on the XS4 Com web application.
Note: if you are a registered user on either XS4 Com or Salto KS already, you will not receive an email to complete your profile.
Both new and existing users invited as site owners will receive an email to accept the terms of service before logging in to XS4 Com.
After accepting the terms of service, the installer will cease to have access to the XS4 Com site that has been created, and the site owner will be able to start managing the site. This includes adding units and residents to the site, as well as having a complete overview of the site. As a site owner or admin, you are able to edit and delete any information you see on the dashboard.
In addition, the site owner can also invite additional site admins to help manage the site, which is beneficial for larger installations.
