As leading company in the access control industry, Salto provides different cloud solutions to our customers (such as, KS, Nebula, Homelok, Orion and JustIN Mobile). The access to, and the use of such access control cloud applications is limited to those customers who have acquired the corresponding licenses of use or subscriptions and to the users authorized by the customers to use some or part of their features. The DPA and Privacy policies provided here are linked. The DPA regulates the processing carried out by Salto as processor on behalf of the customer, and the Privacy Policy informs about the processing carried by Salto as controller.

Template customer privacy policy

While Orion software processes end-user data to ensure a smooth experience, the customer is responsible for the management of all sensitive end-user data. This includes sensitive and non-sensitive data. Customers are required by law to have a comprehensive privacy policy in place for managing such data.
