Monitoring
Introduction
The "Monitor" section includes several key features to help you manage and oversee employee activities:
- Presence: Track and view the presence status of employees.
- Parking: Check and manage employee parking information.
Presence
Viewing presence information
- Navigate to presence:
- Click on the "Presence" option in the left-hand menu under the "Monitor" section.
- View presence data:
- The system will display a list of employees and their current presence status.
- Use the search bar to find specific employees.
- Adjust the number of entries displayed per page using the "Show entries" dropdown menu.
- Refresh presence Data:
- Click the "Set refresh rate" icon to set the interval for updating visitor presence information.
Parking
Viewing parking information
- Navigate to parking:
- Select the "Parking" option from the "Monitor" section in the left-hand menu.
- View parking data:
- A table will display the current parking information for employees.
- If no data is available, the table will show "No data available in table."
Filtering information
- Filter by area:
- Use the "Area" dropdown menu to filter the data by specific areas.
- Filter by type:
- Use the "Type" dropdown menu to filter the data by several types.
- Filter by environment:
- Use the "Environment" dropdown menu to filter the data by different environments.
- Search data:
- Enter keywords in the "Search" bar to find specific records.
