The serial number of the Danabridge can be located inside the bridge, below the plug. It contains 12 characters (numbers and letters). When adding the Danabridge to your account in the Danalock app, you need to know the serial number.

How do I claim ownership of a Danabridge?
If you can't find the Danabridge in the Danalock app, the Danabridge might already be connected to an account.
To get the Danabridge reset and claim ownership of it, you can send a photo of the serial number of the Danabridge, to our support team at danalocksupport@saltosystems.com
.
They can then help you remove it from the current account.
What's the limit on locks connected to the Danabridge?
The Danabridge can be paired with two Danalocks at the same time. You can find a guide on how to pair the Danabridge with the Danalock in the App guide.
How to update the firmware of the Danabridge?
You can update the firmware of the Danabridge in the Danalock app by going to Devices > choose the Danabridge > Firmware. If a new firmware is available, you will see a blue dot outside firmware. If the latest firmware is installed, the status will display Up to date.
If the newest firmware version is installed, it will display 'Up to date'
You will receive a notification in the 'message center' in the Danalock app, when a new firmware version for the Danabridge is available.
LED signals
The Danabridge uses different LED signals to show its status during various processes. You can use the table below to see what each signal means.

What should I do if my Danabridge shows a solid purple light?
If your Danabridge and phone are interrupted during the firmware update, your Danabridge can get stuck in DFU mode. You can identify the issue if the Danabridge shows a solid purple light. If the Danabridge is stuck in DFU mode, you need to run a manual firmware update in the Danalock Toolbox app.

How do I reset the Danabridge?
To reset the Danabridge:
- Insert a paper clip into the small pinhole on top and press it 10 times.
- The Danabridge will start blinking red. When the blinking stops, the reset is complete.
This will reset the Wi-Fi connection.
The 10 clicks on the Danabridge will not remove its pairing with the Danalock V3. To remove the pairing, go to Lock settings or Danabridge settings in the Danalock app.
