Mounting guide

The Danalock Universal Module V3 can be used with a variety of systems, such as electronic door strikes, driveway gates and garage doors.

We recommend contacting your system installer or a qualified electrician for assistance with the installation. To check whether the module is compatible with your system, contact the system manufacturer and share our product manual with them. They can advise on the correct wiring setup.

The UMV3 also supports 12—24 V AC, but is currently only certified for DC.

You can connect the input ground to either the grey or the white wire. They both serve the same function.

The relays are protected against reverse polarity.

Wiring example

The power output supports a maximum of 100 mA. We don't recommend using it to power your lock, door, or other connected devices.

Please note that in some older printed manuals, the input wire is incorrectly marked as having a maximum of 100 mA. This has been corrected in the updated version available here on the support site.
