For any questions or assistance related to their Salto KS site, subscription or hardware, users should first contact the Installer company responsible for commissioning their site.
They will be their first point of contact when it comes to troubleshooting or if any action is needed (for instance, when new hardware must be installed).

Depending on the nature of the question or assistance, the user might need to contact their local Salto Business Unit or the [Salto Support](https://saltosystems.com/en/contact/) team.

## Where can a Salto KS user find the information details of the Installer company? {#where-can-a-salto-ks-user-find-the-information-details-of-the-installer-company}

Salto KS users can find the information details of the Installer company on the Salto KS web app, in two different locations:

- On the **Site Overview** page: Navigate to the left-hand sidebar, click on the **Site** tab and then the **Site Overview** page.
  The information will be displayed in the **Site details** card.
  Any user can view this information in the **Site Overview** page.

- On the **Installer Access** page: Navigate to the left-hand sidebar, click on the **Site** tab and then the **Installer Access** page.
  The information will be displayed in the **Installer Company Details** card.
  Only users with a Site Admin role can view this information in the **Installer Access** page.
